Change Management

 

We work with organisations planning on introducing change, to engage the staff who will be affected by the changes in the process, and give a voice to their concerns within the organisational framework. The approach consists of these stages:

· To review and document the current perceptions about the changes.

· To design a team-building process with managers that is appropriate to the current situation.

· To deliver and monitor a programme that involves suggestions from staff and management for developing the team if appropriate.

· To provide clear exit points for the neutral arbiter as managers develop their ideas and the team’s suggestions.

The approach has been success in improving involvement and engagement in organisational changes and helped to reframe what was perceived to be a negative situation in to a more positive one.
